The applicable supply prices and rates can be checked on the service screen according to your tier after sign-up, and the fee for each transaction is itemized separately on the invoice as a fixed fee. The PARTNER tier applies only to shippers who have signed a fulfillment contract.

Can I use it even if I'm not a business?
GBUY is a B2B service for businesses. Only corporations or sole proprietors holding a valid business registration can sign up.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There's no separate minimum quantity requirement. Since goods are consolidated and shipped with other cargo, even small quantities are possible. That said, minimum order conditions set by the supplier may vary by product.
What costs apply besides the product price?
China domestic inland freight, the cost of any add-on work you request, and a fixed fee by membership tier apply. If you use customs clearance, duties, VAT and other taxes and levies, and clearance costs are calculated separately. Each cost is shown in the system the moment it's confirmed.
What happens if I order goods that can't be imported?
If, after ordering, an item is confirmed to be a prohibited or restricted import item or subject to certification requirements, we notify you immediately. In that case, the handling of any costs incurred follows the terms of use.
Under whose name is customs clearance carried out?
Unless you request to clear customs yourself, the company carries out clearance and import declaration. If you wish to file the import declaration under your own name, you can proceed under your name by submitting the required documents such as your customs clearance ID / personal customs code.
Can I entrust storage and outbound as well?
Yes. Fulfillment services are available once you sign a separate contract, in which case the PARTNER tier applies.
