When no defects are found in a returned item, we repackage the item for redistribution after checking the order details.

We provide a collection service for returns.
Q Is Fastbox’s warehousing space equipped with access control systems for site management?

We divide our warehousing space into controlled/restricted/open-access areas and limit the number of individuals who can access each area while monitoring the warehouse operation with CCTV.
Q Does Fastbox provide technical support?

Yes, we have professional teams specialized in facilities, software systems, and development. We also have a professional security team (CISA accredited).
Q Does Fastbox offer online business monitoring reports?

Yes, business monitoring reports are currently provided at no cost upon request. We are planning to refine our business monitoring system to give better service experiences to our clients.
Q Does Fastbox provide WMS (Warehouse Management System)?

Yes, there are full HD security cameras installed in major sections and operating 24 hours a day
